Our cosy house, “EVA,” offers you many perks: a large lawn invites you to sunbathe, and we’ll treat you to our own natural apple juice from our orchard, honey from our on-site apiary, and eggs from truly happy chickens. Our ponies are also always happy to receive a few pats.
The spacious “Obstgarten” holiday apartment on the ground floor, with approximately 90 square metres of living space, is the most versatile of our apartments. It features:

A separate entrance, accessible via just 4 steps; upon request and at your own risk, a professional aluminium ramp can be provided.

A section of the living room can be separated either as a separate bedroom (with a sleeper sofa) or as a home office with a desk using a movable sliding partition featuring a panoramic Wendelstein mountain view

There is the option to expand the living space even further. The “Waldblick” and “Obstgarten” apartments can be connected, giving you an additional bedroom with a shower/toilet and a kitchenette.

The apartment was lovingly renovated in 2025. It charms with its many details and spacious layout. The apartment has a separate entrance accessible via the terrace.
Walk past the coat rack, and you’ll find yourself in the living-dining area. From there, you can either go to the bedroom with its adjoining bathroom or through the hallway to the kitchen, the guest bathroom, or the farmhouse parlour.
The apartment offers a magnificent view of our idyllic orchard. From the living room, you can watch our beehives, the chickens and ducks, as well as our horses.
The “Eva” house is nestled among woods, meadows, and orchards, offering a very peaceful location on the outskirts of Bad Feilnbach. A walking path, following the Jenbach stream, leads to the town centre. After just a 20-minute idyllic walk through nature, you’ll reach the centre of Bad Feilnbach. By car, it takes about 3 minutes.
