Wonderful apartment and location!
This apartment was a perfect place to stay on my trip to Bad Essen. It is newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. The hosts are wonderful and are available if needed. There are trails right next to the apartment and it is a short walk into town. Grocery stores are close by and there is also parking if you have a car. I will definitely stay here again!

Kleine Wohnung im Hotel
Eine an sich sehr schöne Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Das Objekt befindet Dich in einem Hotelkomplex, der schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Rezeption ist nur zeitweise besetzt. Einen eigenen Parkplatz hat die Wohnung leider nicht. Normalerweise stehen vor dem Hotel genug Parkplätze zur Verfügung, aber wenn das Hotel voll belegt ist muss man schon Glück haben. Die Wohnung ist im Wohn- und Schlafzimmerbereich sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Sanitäranlagen sind allerdings doch schon sehr veraltet. Die Küche ist klein und hat leider keine Spülmaschine. Der Balkon geht nach Osten und direkt gegenüber liegt ein großer, sehr gut frequentierter Kinderspielplatz. Als störend haben wir empfunden, dass direkt unterhalb des Balkons die Anlieferungszone des Hotels und des Restaurants mit Lagerräumen liegt. Das war teilweise schon sehr laut, vor allem wenn die MitarbeiterInnen dort ihre Pausen machen.
