Apartment No. 22 in the Linden Palais is located in Heiligendamm, right next to the Baltic Sea coast. Situated at Seedeichstraße 15, this accommodation offers the ideal base for exploring the region’s traditional seaside resort architecture and its unique surroundings. Its exclusive location in Heiligendamm—known as Germany’s oldest seaside resort—combines historic charm with a peaceful, upscale atmosphere.

This stylish apartment stands out for its elegant design and high-quality furnishings. The building blends harmoniously into the ensemble of neoclassical structures characteristic of the “White City by the Sea,” offering a stylish setting for your stay. Thanks to its location right next to the seawall and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to walks by the sea or relaxing moments in nature.

As soon as you step into the small entryway, you’ll be greeted by a tastefully coordinated atmosphere. To the right is a storage room with a small closet and a coat rack, offering plenty of space to store your luggage. To the left is the extremely comfortable bathroom, featuring a floor-to-ceiling, fully glass-enclosed shower that spans the entire width of the room. The vanity cabinet offers plenty of space for your toiletries. A hair dryer and an illuminated magnifying mirror are provided, as are a box of facial tissues and a liquid soap dispenser. Fresh shower and hand towels are provided.

The modern living room, featuring a comfortable couch (sofa bed), is also fully equipped so that you’ll have everything you need. In addition to a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player and a stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity, you’ll find several engaging paperbacks and a selection of DVDs. We want you to feel completely at home in our apartment.

On the balcony, which is sheltered from the wind and prying eyes and furnished with comfortable synthetic rattan armchairs, a table, and a parasol, you can enjoy the evening sun. With a glass of wine or a meal in the evening sun, you can round off a wonderful day of vacation. On a sunny day, the balcony gets continuous sunlight from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

A high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 200). The beds are already freshly made. The 2-meter-wide built-in closet with light gray frosted glass doors provides ample storage space. Here you can neatly store your wardrobe.
From the parking space reserved for you in the underground garage, you can easily reach your vacation apartment by elevator. A coin-operated washer and dryer are located in the basement. You can obtain tokens for these Monday through Friday during business hours at the Meerfun reservation desk. You can store your bicycles here in a lockable bike room.

Free and easily accessible Wi-Fi connects you to the internet.

The on-site bistro is happy to serve you an exquisite breakfast for 12.50 euros per person per day, either in the restaurant or in your vacation apartment. A beach chair can be reserved for 60 euros per week. Please feel free to contact me regarding advance reservations.
