Our 2016 newly renovated apartment Castello is idyllically located in the spa town of Bad Bergzabern. Overlooking the park, the comfortable apartment can accommodate two persons. If required, a cot can be placed so that the apartment is an ideal base for hiking biking and adventure tours for couples, friends and small families downright offering. A cozy sitting area with a spacious couch and satellite TV, w-lan, a cozy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen u. a. with oven, dishwasher, hob, pad coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything your heart desires and a great bathroom with tub complete the unique offer. Shops for daily needs are in Bad Bergzabern also available (Supermarket about 2 km away) as a bakery with breakfast option, an ice cream parlor, restaurants and pubs, which are even in walking distance. The cozy residence offers itself as an ideal starting point for an adventure and recreation. On the border of the Palatinate Forest, which is not only for his bike and hiking famous but including invites to climb, and the Palatinate wine route, famous, location for first-class wine and a great scenery, the apartment has access to two very different regions. Bad Bergzabern is ideal for cycling and hiking tours. The nearby wine route and the Alsace can be reached via a well-developed bike and hiking trails. But many day-trip destinations are easily reached both by car and by public transport. For example, you are only 20 minutes in the middle of the Dahn Rockland. Dahn is the starting point for many stunning walking routes - from premium hiking such as the "Dahn path" to the circular route, the region offers for everyone from experienced hikers to loose walkers, just right. Also towards Rheinebene or Bienwald one is fast on the road from Bad Bergzabern from. There are also many attractions such as the climbing park "Fun Forest" in Kandel. Fußläufig im Ort und die Winzer vor der Haustür. Dazu der kurze Weg nach Wissembourg, der Pfälzer Wald mit seinen Burgen - prima. Diese FeWo entspricht unseren Erwartugen, klein und fein; bestens mit Allem ausgerüstet was man Ferienmachen benötigt, auch fürs Kochen. Sehr ruhige Lage und auch die Souterrianlage im Haus war kein Problem. Lediglich ein Freiluftsitz im Grünen oder Balkon fehlte, aber der nahe Kurpark war ein Ausgleich, die Gartenstühle auf dem Parkplatz eher nicht. Dank an die Gastgeberin Frau Ruiu, die alles aufs Beste bereitet hat und einen ungestörten Urlaub ermöglichte. Das Weinpräsent zur Begrüßung hat uns sehr gefreut, zumal unser Geschmack (trocken) getroffen wurde. Gern werden wir wiederkommen. ##### Klaus H. Es handelt sich um eine Erdgeschoß (bzw. Souterrain)-Wohnung in einem Anbau eines prachtvollen Altbaus. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gehoben und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bad und das separate Schlafzimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Sauberkeit war in der gesamten Wohnung ohne jegliche Beanstandung. Die Wohnung hat eine gern genutzte Fußbodenheizung (morgens war es doch recht frisch - die Wohnung muss im Hochsommer ein Traum sein;-)). Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, dann sind es die Fensterläden (passen zum Stil des Hauses), die man am besten von aussen schliessen konnte (meckern auf höchstem Niveau:-)). Im grossen Hof gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze und die Möglichkeit im Freien seinen Wein bei Sonne zu geniessen (schöne Sitzgelegenheit). Das Vermieter-Ehepaar wohnt auch im Haus und hat uns mit Rat und Tat jederzeit hilfsbereit mit Tipps unterstützt. Man bekommt im Haus übrigens einen ausgezeichneten Pfälzer Wein für kleines Geld. Bad Berzabern liegt perfekt am Rande des Pfälzer Waldes und man hat alle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Wandern, Besichtigungen, Wellness etc.) direkt vor der Haustür. Die Gastronomie war ausgezeichnet und die Freundlichkeit der Menschen richtig angenehm. Wir habe uns bei Familie Ruiu sehr wohl gefühlt und werden nicht das letzte Mal in der Region Bad Bergzabern gewesen sein. ##### Roland P. Das Wetter hat wunderbar gepasst, die toll eingerichtete FeWo war hierzu ein idealer Startpunkt in ale Richtungen (Weinstrasse, Rhein, ins nahe liegende Elsaß). Die FeWo selbst war sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden. Wir wollten zwar häufiger Essen gehen, haben dies aber dann gelassen, weil man so toll kochen konnte. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr aufmerksam. In diese Richtung wird es uns sicher noch enmal verschlagen. ##### Karge H.
