The apartment is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped and furnished. A parking space is reserved for this apartment right outside the front door.

The cosy beds and comfortable sofa invite you to relax after a busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Both the toilet and the shower are accessible separately in the bathroom, so there’s no waiting and both can be used at the same time.

Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Both the A30 and A31 highways are just a short drive away.

In addition to a living/dining area with a built-in kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, and a large smart TV (including a Fire TV Stick), there is a bedroom with two single beds (200x100 cm), a bathroom, and, upon request, a storage room where tools can be easily stored. Wi-Fi is also available.
