Enjoy views of Lake Soier from the balcony. The view is partially limited by houses opposite, but you benefit from being right by the water.  
  
The apartment is directly by the lake access and close to the main road, making it a convenient base for regional trips. Enjoy comfortable living in a central location, with short walks to the lake, tennis and sports courts, the village center, and nature.  
  
At Haus Elfriede Schmid in Bad Bayersoien, you enjoy communal amenities such as a covered seating area in summer and storage options for bicycles. A tennis court is about a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is close to a lake, which you can reach in just a few minutes on foot. In summer, the lake invites you to swim and sunbathe, while in winter, groomed trails for classic style and skating are available directly at the lake. The spa is located directly opposite. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Two communal parking spaces are at your disposal. You can store and charge your bicycles in the garage. If you arrive by train, we will gladly pick you up from Saulgrub station. Events are not permitted on the property.
