Staff's hand were tied, but as polite as could be. No keys to check in. Checked in and tv did not work. After two employees worked on it, it was discovered THIS TV HAD TO WARM UP BEFORE IT WORKED. Flat screenLG tv??? Reserved ground floor disable room, got second floor, up terribly steep steps. Picture shows cabins, not two stories. You are miles from anything. TV did not work again next morning...til it warmed up. Very generous coffee amenity. Shower handle was the wierdest thing I have ever seen, two handed operation. Seems motels cannot clean baseboards in bathroom, always mold and dirt."
