"Good parking. Nice restaurant / takeway on-site. Small room with table & 2 chairs, nice bathroom, cutlery and plates but no cooking facilities only microwave, jug, toaster, fridge, no freezer. No sink or anywhere to wash dishes and cups, but a tea towel available. Room needed airing on arrival. Needs new curtains. Handy to supermarket, gas. Only 7 min drive to Port Elliot or Granite Island causeway."

"The kitchenette was equipped for takeaways as described. There are dishes and a sink.Would have been better with a toaster. Nespresso coffee pod machine was a nice touch. There is a bar fridge. Spa was great however was a bit over full. Courtyard was wonderful with outside chairs and table. This is a great place for a couples getaway. Right there in the Main Street close to everything."

"Historic hotel, reminiscent of Fawlty Towers, complete with winding corridors and creaking floorboards. Has retained a lot of its historic character. Our spa room was comfortable with a veranda facing the ocean. Very good, quirky bistro."
