"There were several instances where the staff’s limited English led to repeated follow-up calls for clarification. Additionally, some information was changed again at check-in, causing confusion. The accommodation also had a noticeable issue with ants and other insects."

"This is a new and very clean hotel in a nice little shopping are. Right now it’s a construction zone but it will be wonderful when work is done. I am going back in 2 months."
