Clean room but is very small. Clean bathroom. Uncomfortable pillows (flat after 1 hour) and bed (hard). In our room, we can hear noise from the streets days and nights. Good location - walking distance to Xuan Huong Lake and nearby restaurants. Excellent staff service: courteous and accommodating.

Overall a great hotel that lets itself down when it comes to looking after the beachside - I can’t understand why staff aren’t allocated to sort out the plastic and waste on the beach that’s clearly from hotel guests. Such a shame to see. Enjoyed great food at the Tropicana restaurant and breakfast ...
