"A really good located hotel in “Marine Lines”, which means, that you have an easy way to it (Churchgate Station is around). The hotel staff was really good and always did everything for a smooth & relaxing stay.
Only thing that could be better, is that the bathroom needs a renovation.
All in all, I would choose this hotel again because of its value for money, included breakfast and friendly staff."
"The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive:

They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...

They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for. I asked for shampoo and conditioner which were inherently available at the original hotel I had booked and this idiot of a guy got cheap soap bars delivered to my and my dad’s rooms!!! The bedsheets weren’t changed at all during the 4 days I stayed there and the staff gave my dad a hard time about a dress I was wearing one of the evenings. I am a grown woman, I am allowed to wear whatever I want, wherever I want it. Not only are these guys liars and thugs, they are also just awful people. Highly ask other tourists to never book a room with this cheats. "
