My stay at Hasana Pu Luong was absolute perfection. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, The hot water and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Note for late sleepers: the curtains are light to keep the room airy, so bring a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to the morning sun! ​The staff is adorable and super helpful, even with long-distance transfers, and their communication via WhatsApp is top-notch. The restaurant also has a great, extensive menu. The infinity pool is spotless, and the view is breathtaking—even in the rain, the valley looks magical and mystical. A true haven of peace!

Wow I don’t know how to even put into words how amazing our stay was. The entire staff was beyond accommodating and attentive. They reached out weeks even before our trip to ensure we had proper transportation there as it is a massive commute. Once we got close they reached back out about ensuring we would have a dinner of our choosing ready for us. The room was exactly like the photos and incredibly clean. We woke up to a stunning view every morning and the breakfast included was phenomenal. We rented motor bikes on site to drive into the villages (which I highly recommend) and found some amazing spas and local cuisine. Huge shoutout to Nhung who was so wonderful to chat to at dinner about local customs and history. While there are other resorts in the area that are also nice, we will 1000% be coming back and recommending Hanasa Pu Luong Resort again!

We loved this resort,and the people were amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, and I absolutely would return. The owners are new, and bend over backwards to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The area is stunningly beautiful, and the village restaurants and bars (just a short stroll up the road) are staffed with warm and welcoming people. However, there are several inaccuracies in the description of the resort on expedia. We attribute this to a misunderstanding/confusion in translation from Vietnamese to English. First; there is only one shared swimming pool at the resort, and it adjoins the restaurant. There are three rooms available with private, outdoor pools, but they are not for the general use of all guests. There is not an indoor pool; there are rooms with a large indoor bathtubs. There is not a public, indoor swimming pool. There is no games room with billiard and ping pong tables, or at least not that we discovered. When we asked, we were told no. There is no outdoor firepit, or BBQ grill; not one for guest use, and again, we were told "no" when we asked. There is a laundry service available, but no machines available for private, guest use. There is no gym. There are no outdoor chairs at the swimming pool, other than the restaurant furniture...so no sun loungers or unbrellas at the pool. There is no outdoor furniture on the room balconies. The hydro seems to go out regularly, and there isn't a backup generator.
