"My mother and I stayed in Signiel Busan in May for two nights and we had the most magical experience from start to finish! In fact, it was one of the biggest highlights of our 10-day trip travelling around Korea. The room was beautiful, luxurious and comfortable with the most stunning view of Haeundae beach. We were greeted by the loveliest staff at Concierge and I specifically want to thank Ye na (Bella) for the warmest welcome with a Signiel tea and snack and the upmost level of professionalism. Signiel had the most glorious breakfast (with a coffee bar and the freshest ingredients!) and dinner, both of which had a wide variety of cuisines and dishes. We also visited the lounge for afternoon complementary drinks and snacks in with stunning view in a peaceful space. The staff at Signiel are at an exceptional level of customer service with high calibre care to the guests. My mother and I will remember our stay here for the rest of our lives and I cannot wait to return in the future! Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience. Kalliopi & Deborah UK"

"I love my stay in this place. Walking distance to the beach as well as to the shopping street and restaurants.There’s just a bit of walk (10-15mins) to the train station. The amenities are really nice, the view is excellent. The staff are nice and very helpful. The food during breakfast was good, there’s many options. Check in and out was also fast and easy. Overall, I liked the place and will definitely stay here again. Will also recommend."

"The location was great. Right on the beach and lots of places for coffee, food and drinks. Not far from the subway either. For one person the place was spacious to say the least. For a larger group the layout was also really good and the kitchen suitable for fixing meals (not that I cooked for myself). Without a little Korean I think the checking would have been difficult. The sign saying I need to go to the 2nd floor in a different building was only in Korean. While for a weekend stay washer and dryer are not needed but the listing indicated guest could use the ones in the apartment. But the signs on the washing and dryer suggested that was not the case. There is a lot of minor repairs that should be made and given the price was surprised to see how poorly maintained parts of the apartment were. Nothing necessary but aesthetically was a bad look. If not for that I would highly recommend the location."

"The room was roomy, but it only had shampoo and body soap. It didn’t have a hand soap nor hair conditioner. The room was fairly clean and although it had kitchen, the room had no tables or chairs to eat at. The location of the hotel was convenient. But you have to ride an elevator to get to the front desk on 4th floor. Then take several steps to a different elevator to go to rooms. A little inconvenient in my opinion, especially if you are in a hurry. Overall, it was a mediocre hotel experience."

"This is kinda old hotel so if you are used to popular hotel chains, I don’t recommend. Overall kept clean, but still old. And when you are assigned a room, please make sure to get a room at higher floors above 10 because lower ones are quite stuffy because of the sauna at the level 2. Was initially offered a room at 3, but I immediately realized that I needed to get a different room. The staff looked a little tired but quite friendly and helped me quickly. Please note higher floors are more expensive. I paid additional 90,000 KRW for the switch."
