The check-in process wasn’t very clear. We discovered that after walking into the main lobby, we needed to take the elevator down to B-4 in order to check in with the LCT property management people. Same with checkout. We had to rush to the emergency room on our own. No one offered to call for emergency transportation. No apologies. We were left helpless.
