"Very nice airport hotel, rooms were very spacious, clean and modern, as is the whole hotel! Stayed one night while we had a layover, shuttle to and from the airport was convenient, it was about a $20 euro ride to central Madrid! Breakfast buffet was great!! "

"The staff was extremely helpful from securing shuttle and taxi services, to breakfast/dining services. It's only a few min away from the airport which is great, but is about a 15-30min drive (depending on traffic) to downtown. Would stay here again. "

"The hotel is located near the airport and the day offer a shuttle pick up. Is it great for the late arrivals however make sure you call them when you need a shuttle pick up because it is unclear from the description as to how it’s done. The room and bathroom were clean, Spacious and quiet. The staff was nice. The dining in the hotel is not very good. Overall, I would stay there again for the first. The convenience of the airport location"
