"We had a great stay in early November. There is a shooting range close by, lots of public property for hiking, fishing and just enjoying the amazing views of SW Colorado. The home is all on one level with lots of room for a big group. The manager Danielle was very responsive and everything was as advertised."

"We had a wonderful time staying in Martha’s guesthouse. It was comfortable, well supplied, and quiet. It was perfect to come back to in the evenings to play games, and we enjoyed the country atmosphere that was close enough to town. Getting to milk a cow and feed a baby calf were just bonuses! We liked it so much we have already booked another visit. The artwork was great and it didn't hurt that the fishing was the best ever."

"We visit Durango often and decided to stay on the south side instead of north side like normal. We were pleasantly surprised. The view of the river, the easy trip into town where are amazing. Everything was thought of with porch, grill, firepit, hot tub and so much more. We would for sure stay here again."

"Had all the essentials and the upstairs bedrooms were very insulated from the downstairs noise so it was great for a napping toddler. Would give 5 stars but the hot tub didn’t get hot. Management was very kind and applied a discount to our stay. Would definitely stay again!"

"The wild Horse was very convenient to downtown activities. My dog loved the large private backyard. It was clean and the kitchen was setup for cooking pretty much whatever you want. Comfy beds and living area. We’ll stay again."

"Property is beautiful and quiet with lovely views and remote feel while still being close enough to Durango. We mostly used the large kitchen (really nice!) and the two main floor bedrooms. The large king size master (which was very nice) was too far away from the other rooms to work for our family with very young children. Hot tub was nice and easy to access."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The property owner Holly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing and even took time out of her evening to show my kids her horses, mule, and dockey. The kiddos even had the opportunity to brush one of the horses. The house had everything we needed especially the fenced in yard for our dogs. The view was breathtaking.
