Graduation and Wedding Weekend
I was able to take my entire family down for a wedding in Ft Worth. This place was amazing! It had plenty of room for our clan! We had all sorts of things at the house to keep us busy! All of the amenities were great! Everything we needed was there. The owner was very responsive. No problems really. Great time!!!

Great Activities and Outdoor Space!
The adults and kids were thrilled with the full size arcade machines (particularly Pac Man!), pool table, darts, ping pong table, air hockey table, and of course the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub! There were so many activities to partake in at this house! The AC did go out in the upstairs during our stay, and the homeowner provided small AC units to get us through the nights. Overall, a great stay!!

Getting Ready for the Wedding
This beautiful, spacious home was only 9 min from The Brooks Ranch wedding venue in Weatherford, so it was a perfect place for us, the groom's family, to stay! The pool and hot tub were great. (We did pay for the heating option, since April weather is unpredictable). Our son, the groom, and his groomsmen got ready in the large air-conditioned barn/shed with a pool table, shuffle board, air hockey, poker table, etc... So lots of of different size/age groups would love staying here. We were able to relax and really enjoy the wedding week. Thank you.

Home away from home.
This place was our home away from home for Christmas. It was perfect for adults and lots of things to do for the kiddos. Games and the backyard for them to run around. Plenty of beds, blankets, pillows and towels. We saw a couple of deer in the back yard in the morning and night. Far from the city for quietness and close enough for a quick target run. We really enjoyed our stay. Paul was a great host, quick and easy communication. 10/10

Family Thanksgiving
What a great place to come. There ended up being 17 of us staying here and there was plenty of room and beds with more to spare. Paul is very attentive. We would defiantly stay again. The only thing I would have to say is that if you plan on cooking for a large group probably will need to bring some pans and baking dishes. But, would not keep us from renting again.

All Around Great Place
We had a lot of fun gathering with some friends and family for the weekend. Heated pool was nice and hot tub was incredible as well. All the games were very fun for everyone, will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Family Getaway
We had a fantastic family vacation. 10 adults, 3 children and 1 infant. There was plenty of room for all. The children loved the rooms upstairs to sleep and play in. As a family, we enjoyed the pool the most. Serene setting. We will look to come back again!

Family Vacation
Our kids and grandkids had a great time. Grands range in age 10-17 and loved the games in the barn and of course the pool! Kitchen was big and lots of space for all our family to cook! We loved it and are planning another trip!

Wedding Weekend
We rented this house for the weekend my daughter got married at the Brooks at Weatherford. The location was ideal. The house was more than adequate tto sleep 8 adults. The bedrooms were spacious. We did host up to 18 guests for dinner and the kitchen could use some more serving platters and utensils. We found our Host, Paul, to be very responsive to any needs or questions that came up during our stay. We would recommend this house for any large family gathering.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed their time at Paul’s property. Everyone had their own space to relax in and couldn’t say enough great things about the accommodations. Great option for families
We enjoyed our stay with 13 people - 4 adults and 9 kids ages 17-6. The game room is awesome and a big hit with all ages in our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a quiet area to sleep, and the kids loved the reading nook and desk area in the upstairs. The pool was clean and just right for our group. Location is about 15-20 mins from everything you need. The owner is super helpful and communicative. Highly recommend for a nice relaxing family stay.

It gives you the Texas ranch feel, but also only 20 minutes away from the action at Forth Worth Stockyards! Plus, Paul was a great host with great communication. We would definitely recommend this house for families looking to visit the area!
