Amazing hotel in the heart of Akihabara! Highly recommend!!! Best bathroom/shower/tub I’ve ever experienced. The restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast is excellent. Fabulous coffee.

Overall it was nice, clean, staff was friendly. It is a bit pricey, not enough English speaking staff, maybe 1 or 2 that understood English. I found the location too far from many places. TV didn’t have any English options, wifi in room was weak. I found restaurant service extremely slow in the morning.
Overall it is a nice hotel just a few things that need fixing

The pajamas were stained and uncomfortable. The Yukata were a terrible fabric and the undershirt was very used and worn fabric.
Nothing cotton or soft, very scratchy.

Nogha Ueno hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Though super close to the Ameyoko market, the hotel was situated in a place where the street was quiet and away from from the bustle of the market. It was also super easy to get from the hotel to the Keisei skyliner train to Narita airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and neat and was a perfect place to rest after long days of walking and exploring Tokyo.

"It was nice. Really small hotel and if you want food, please pre book days before arrival. We were unable to get either when asking 3 days beforehand. The pictures of the traditional room were deceiving as it looked like a separate area for sleep…however, our door was unlocked when we returned back ..."
