On the first floor of a very quiet building, come and discover this beautiful 41m² apartment, tastefully renovated throughout. The apartment comprises an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, leading to a 26m² living/dining room which opens onto the terrace. A well-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer) and ample storage space are also included. The bedroom, with direct access to the terrace, features a large wardrobe and a double bed (140 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a washing machine.
