Leeward House is a modern, flexible three-bedroom, one-bath home in the quiet, leafy area of Alloway, the birthplace of Rabbie Burns. With open-plan living and dining, plus a private garden, it’s ideal for families, groups of friends or colleagues. Off-street parking is available. Travel cot and highchair on request. Close to Ayr’s beaches, attractions and scenic walks, it’s the perfect base for exploring Ayrshire.

This bright, contemporary home features three bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a large open-plan living and dining area. The private garden is perfect for BBQs, relaxing evenings, or family meals, providing a spacious, sociable environment for your stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the full property, including the private back garden and driveway. The garage is not accessible during stays.

Alloway is a historic and desirable area, ideal for coastal walks, family activities and local exploration. Ayr Beach, Robert Burns Birthplace Museum and Rozelle Park are nearby.
