Very helpful and positive staff! Always smiling, always saying hello, and always trying to help. Room was as described, and lovely. Perfect location for those who want to be close to the nightlife. Cleaning was good. Aircondition was good. Only thing that could have been better: Warm water pressure in shower was weak/low, although coldwater pressure was good. I would, and will book this hotel again.

A great stay in Sun Plaza Suites. Honestly didn't have a lot of expectations from the location/room due to it being on the bar & party street, but even on the street side the noise was not unbearable, given that you sleep with earplugs. I didn't feel unsafe once in my trip however I am a buff guy. Standard room was ideal for a single person, but for two it would've definitely been too small. Room was modern but you could notice where the corners have been cut. Quiet hours and peace are enforced very well and the plaza pool was a great area to relax in as well! Location is great near a lot of bakeries and the main street! The room's safe wasn't locking for some reason but as soon as I let the staff know, they fixed it in a timely manner. Plenty of parking space on the hotel grounds so no issues arriving by car. Nearest kiosk also happened to have the best prices! Cleaning staff were also incredibly hospitable and polite. Would definitely book again while in Aiya Napa, but most likely with a poolside view.

This is second time I stay at this hotel (I was here in May 2026 also), and now for two weeks. I have been in Napa many times at various hotels (4 stars), and the customer service and the mood of the people working here are unmatched. Very positive and helpful staff. The rooms are good, and I appreciate the pool area. Location is perfect! Price is very good for what you get. In my opinion this hotel should atleast have one more star. I have been here with friends, and with parter, and it works great for both. Would also recommend for solo travelers, due to location and safety. Once again, highly recommend.

Genuinely a really nice place to stay, nice hotel rooms all I would say is when we first entertained the room it’s stunk like pure cigarette even though your told not to smoke in rooms (for a non smoker) the rooms/ hallway stunk of fags but after we sprayed and aired out the room it was fine. It’s very cheap, well maintained comfortable beds the receptionist are polite and helpful and the pool area is amazing too! Would definitely recommend!

Room had no packing space! Was said 18 sqm but together with the balcony and the hall enrance and corridor! So literally the standard room is just 2 beds and fride and 4 hangers above it! So the room is max enough for one person without any closets or packing area!!!!!!!!!! Its ok for max 3-4 days but longer stay its very unconfortable to find your stuff from the luggade on the floor and to jump around it every day! Oh and the toilet and ahower door is a slide door that is not possible to close all the way not enough privacy there!!! Staff on resection was very friendly and helpfull but the manager was arrogant and rude when we asked for a change of room because of the toilet door! And the heating wasnt working either! As the remote conteol was only setting cooling and puahes cold air instead of heating!!!
