Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available.

Housekeeping needs additional training. I requested coffee service and was brought what appeared to be previously used coffee. Although this may have been an honest mistake, it is unacceptable. When I requested a clean cup, the housekeeper washed the existing cup in our bathroom and returned it instead of providing a properly sanitized replacement. This raised concerns about hygiene and the quality of housekeeping service.
Housekeeping lacks basic communication skills.
Besides these incidents, everything else was great. Definitely will come back.

We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent

"The room we were originally given was not cleaned and was moved to another room. We were given breakfast vouchers but when we tried to use them was told we didn't use it in the time allotted. The room was nice but had no drawers, anywhere. Front staff on the weekend was wonderful, Christian and Bob. ..."
