8.4/10 Very good! (1,007 reviews)
Staffing was good. The room had alot of spce and was clean. Air conditioner worked well. Room initially smells like chlorine due to the pool but after 5 minutes you dont notice it. The fridge is cold.
The carpet in the hallways were visibly messy and something that can be resolved by vacuuming. I don't know how often it is vacuumed but every other day is my recommendation.
Kids seem to really enjoy the pool area. The hot tub needs a new liner. That visable green just doesn't give me a good impression.
I love that the laundry was free of charge and available.
The metal trash bins need to be replace. They're rusting and it doesn't look pleasing.
You need a bigger sign of the hotel outside.
Overall, it is a good hotel and great location.

"We reserved 2 double beds for our stay, but upon check-in, those offerings were sold out. We were happy the hotel staff refunded our money back and happy to be able to find a different property with 2 beds as we’re traveling with 2 teens."

9/10 Wonderful! (1,564 reviews)
"I made the reservation for King Size and when I checked in they put me on full size, when I asked they said they were overbooked and because I made my reservation through Expedia it looks like they did not care. It was very frustrating, they should at list give you a call and give you the option ..."
