The receptionist at check in was extremely unhelpful. She was frustrated at the number of Scottish guests asking questions and this made her un-approachable .
The male receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
Location of hotel is good, and easy to reach by train- with a stop outside of the hotel .
Breakfast was basic continental. No English breakfast tea - which was disappointing.
We were in a townhouse which was very nice.

We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent
