The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful. Really enjoyed this property and would return again. Highly recommend to stay here.

Great hotel! the rooms were so clean, the staff were very friendly. The location was conveniently close to UENO train station and the train that takes you directly to Narita Airport. Would 100% return to this hotel if I’m ever back in Tokyo.

This hotel made our trip amazing even after being delayed a day! They were more than willing to assist and could easily be reached for communication about our new arrival. They even made an adjustment to our stay to account for the missed day (which we could not utilize as our returning flight was unable to be changed). Staff was extremely helpful and even when my Japanese was poor they would still communicate in English to ensure my understanding. I will gladly go back to this establishment and intend to do so on our next trip!

FAB U LOUS hotel. Very easy from terminal 3 and well signposted. The hotel is absolutely manic in and around the reception area seemingly at all times. This hotel is perfect if you want A more quiet part of Japan near Tokyo. I'd recommend this hotel for couples and families. Not to much light life around but a lot of fun activities for families. I'd recommend getting a corner room view it's crazy.
