Could not fault this hotel excellent

Amazing stay in this charming hotel, very lovely big room, private onsen. The town is just walking distance.

Traditional Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious. Massage chairs are a nice touch—very relaxing and a quiet environment.

I had a traditional Japanese room with a massage chair, balcony and view at the green mountains. It was super awesome and had a restful sleep. I visited the onsen bath as well which was very nice and refreshing.

Had a great Ryokan and hot springs experience. Arima Onsen is a beautiful place with the hotel located on a small hill

Excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Kobe Port. For the price, the quality of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kobe.

Meals are very delicious and adequate.

Polite and respectful staff. Prompt responses to any concerns. Able to communicate well in English forvthe benefit of the non Japanese speaking entities. Venue is accessible to all shops, restaurants and trasports. Highly recommended! We will book again. Arigatou gozaimasu!!!

Great location near train and China town. Excellent breakfast. Clean and comfy rooms

If flying early out of Osaka KIX or landing late this is an excellent overnight stop. Shutte to airport only early morning but rail works easily. Fantastic views from many rooms...the Corner ones overlooking bay and airport are special. Reasonably spacious rooms for Osaka area. Excellent breakfast on top floor with spectacular views. Kombini store on 2nd floor if need anything, snack beer etc. RinkuTown railway is next door and a short covered walk away. As usual there are some nice Japanese and...

The accomodations and bathing area are a bit worn, but this is reflected with the price. The service is exceptional however, and I really enjoyed the onsen. Onsen is tattoo friendly which I needed. There is a smoking area within the building. It was a nice, traditional experience; the breakfast was particularly interesting.

We had a great stay!
