The dining room seats six, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook up your favorites, plus bar seating for three for easy conversation. The family room is the showstopper — vaulted wood-shiplap ceilings, a second gas fireplace, and panoramic lake views through large windows. A Smart TV and plenty of seating make it ideal for movie nights or watching the waves roll in. Step through the door to the back deck and enjoy the fresh lake air. Just off the kitchen, a sliding glass door leads to the enclosed sunroom, featuring comfortable seating, a treadmill, and a telescope for those sparkling Erie night skies. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. 🤫 Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum when outside.
