This exceptional, two-level, ski-in, ski-out, one-bedroom residence offers a great room with cathedral ceilings, a sleeper sofa, a complete kitchen, dining area, and lofted guest suite with a king size bed and attached bathroom. Additional features include a private deck, washer/dryer and garage parking. This one-bedroom is a lock-off and can be joined to the adjacent residence to create a two-bedroom unit.



Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Awesome Loft

This was much bigger than I expected and also two full baths! It was perfect for three people with the pull out couch! I would definitely rent again!

Great time!

I’m love beaver creek for skiing and I love the charter for my stay. It’s close to lifts. They have a private shuttle into the main lift area. Absolutely wonder trip. One of my best vacations ever ! I’ll be back.
