Condo has direct gondola access right out your door to Beaver Creek Mountain. Owner spent $100,000+ in Nov 2024 to remodel/renovate. New pictures are posted. Be one of the first to enjoy the new furniture, new beds, new appliances, new tile, new vanities, new flooring. My family and I had an amazing time staying here. Great amenities, easy access to skiing and restaurants. We didn’t want our stay to end and hope to return.
Amazing location with adjacent gondola. Full service ski valet etc and wonderful ambience. Room was a roomy 2br perfect for our family of 5 and well appointed
The location and comfort of the unit is ideal for a week's stay for sking or hiking. Hotel property has great amenities and the unit is well equipped and furnished and the Property Manager very professional and responsive.
This property was the perfect home base for stay during the summer. Close to white water rafting, you can rent bikes from Beaver Creek sports on the property, walk to Vin48, easy access to Vail and Beaver Creek for mountain biking, horseback riding, etc.
This is a great 2br/2ba dog friendly unit at Westin Riverfront! Excellent location and host. Highly recommended! Will definitely consider staying here again.
Probably booked Charlie’s units a dozen times over the years and, as usual, we had a stellar experience. Amazing 2 bedroom unit with first class amenities.
The property is a beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with a fireplace. It is located in the Westin resort. It is ski in and ski out via the Gondola on the Westin property. We loved the live entertainment in the lobby. There are many amenities to take advantage of during your stay. The condo was equipped with all the essentials to make the stay comfy. There is a free Westin shuttle that will take you into Beaver Creek Village.
We stayed for a week and enjoyed the room and the property. Ski valet was great, gym/exercise/Peloton, lap pool, hot tub—all wonderful. And of course the cookies and hot chocolate each afternoon. Host was very responsive with any needs or questions, kitchen well stocked with dishes/utensils, laundry facilities and detergent too! Humidifiers were also present which help in the winter. No complaints from us about this rental! We hope to comeBack in the future.
What a great trip to Avon/Beaver Creek and a great unit to use during our holiday. Not only was it a good value, but the location and amenities were excellent, it was pet friendly, and Reed was super response in both communication and preparation for our arrival. This is our second year at this property. The location to the slopes, restaurants and shopping is great. The disposal under the kitchen sink needs attention (a bowl was there to catch the leaking water). There were no dish towels and the tp holder in the bathroom broke. But overall we were very happy with the accommodations.
The condo was well stocked with all the amenities you could need. Clean, roomy, and updated. Very convenient to the pool, gym, and spa. Because the second bedroom is really just a separate, connected room with two queen beds, there should be a door stop to hold the doors open. The connecting doors slam shut and lock if you’re not careful. A good feature if traveling with two couples, but might not be great for a family with small children. This is really a very minor issue and easily solved by putting a chair in front of the door. The staff at the Westin are very friendly. The hotel is great for families and kids. The gondola on property basically makes it ski in/ski out. We rented a car from the Eagle airport but it wasn’t necessary. The Westin has plenty of transportation options. An overall excellent stay.
Westin is a premier location in the Beaver Creek area and has top end amenities. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the contacts were extremely responsive.
The condo was wonderful. Very convenient access to restaurants in Avon and to Beaver Creek village, even when the gondola doesn't operate in summer. We loved the view of Beaver Creek and the access to the river trail. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the attentiveness of the property managers. We greatly appreciated that the property was pet friendly. Our only suggestion would be to include the resort fees within the listing itself. It's possible I missed it, but I felt a bit surprised by it when it was mentioned in the email confirmation. We would definitely stay here again!
As usual, the place was amazing. Reed was such a pleasure to work with. Many memories made this trip. Will never forget!

This property has it all
We are repeat guests of Charlie. We have stayed at various properties in Beaver creek but staying at the Westin continues to prove the best choice. The condo itself is perfect with 2 BR's flanking a spacious living room/kitchen. The view from this condo is spectacular of the snowy mountain/pool/hot tubs. It was very clean and well appointed. One big draw for staying here is the live music in the lobby. Fantastic talent and friendliness abounds here! Also a big perk for this property is having a Starbucks on site. Our arrival date was delayed due to canceled flights and Charlie was quick to work with us and simply add on one day to the end of our stay to make up for the missed day. This is the kind of thing that makes this rental different-a real person who helps We'll be back!

A great summer getaway/5-star potential, but slightly missed the mark this time around
Pros: The Westin is a very nice property, including a beautiful pool, gorgeous hot tubs, a fantastic fitness center, and an ideal location if you want to be able to get away from the touristy stuff but be close to it when you want to participate in events. Plus, the Westin is located on Beaver Creek which has miles and miles of bike paths, whereas Beaver Creek only has the mountain area. (We enjoyed biking to Edwards for a couple meals...beautiful along the creek, and it was even warm enough to put our feet in a few times). Very comfortable beds in a well-equipped 2- bedroom. Very quiet hallways...we didn't have issues with noisy doors closing as with many hotel stays we've had. Full scale grocery store is walking distance (although we wished we had a car for that initial grocery trip). We are from San Antonio, TX, so 50 degree mornings were wonderful. It warmed up during the day--70 degrees with sun is plenty warm for shorts and t-shirts. I brought more cold-weather clothing than I needed.
Cons: View is distorted because it's in a corner and half-blocked by the Westin building. Also looks out onto the pool, which may be a pro for some. We called the concierge in advance of the trip and found them unhelpful about making plans, and they weren't too much more. One of the East elevators did not work, so we could easily wait 10 minutes during a busy time.
Advice: Even though Charlie says NOT to rent a car, research the cost. Good idea for one person, but probably not for 3 or more. Although we were able to do okay without a car while in Avon (there were available shuttles), the CME shuttle cost us $422 roundtrip for 3 people, including one child. We had to wait a couple hours when we arrived in Denver for the first shuttle, and the return shuttle had 6 stops before getting to Denver, so it wasted a lot of time waiting for the shuttle that we wouldn't have wasted with a rental car that might have cost about the same. Also the Westin shuttles, which you end up relying on without a car, begin at 11, which is late, and there's a midday break from 1-5, so you're stuck if you're relying on it.
The hotel food and service is "meh", but not bad, but we LOVED Vin 48 (I think this is the number) restaurant, especially for happy hour. Also Blue Moose pizza in both Vail and Beaver Creek were delicious. Also had a delicious dinner at The Golden Eagle in Beaver Creek.
Look forward to returning! Would recommend!
