We knew the location was not ideal, but with scant Uber service in Avon, we were exponentially inconvenienced. The condo is far from luxurious, ie., 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, no soap for washing hands, 3 pods for dishwasher, no laundry detergent, dirty bathrugs, sofa smelled of pets, pillows old & gross, so overall, we will not use Demetri Fefes for any future stays nor recommend. ##### Tammy W. Property was very clean and well maintained. Location allowed relatively easy access to beaver creek slops, however, it takes some time. So, if kids are in ski school, you need to get out relatively early. Property owner was very friendly and responsive!
