Our guests are able to experience the privacy of being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the village, while also enjoying a ski in/ski out access to the Centennial lift from the townhouse's back patio. This gorgeous property, which comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, is split into two levels. The lower level includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, laundry room, and ski storage. This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 22 Highlands Townhomes have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and more. All of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the property and the configuration is as follows: Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom Guest bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom Guest bedroom has a Twin over Queen Captain's bunk with a Twin pullout trundle and en-suite bathroom Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa Guests are able to access the communal pool and hot tub facilities at Highlands Lodge, as well as the free Village Connect shuttle service to any of the villages located in Beaver Creek Resort. Guests also have access to the Highlands Slope-side fitness room. Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway from the moment you book. Your dedicate Property Host will reach out 7 days prior to arrival with directions and check-in details. Property access codes will be sent the day of arrival. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. It is lovingly cared for, very comfortable, very walkable and had plenty of room for them to spread out and get ready for the big day. Highly recommend. Just had a little problem with the online photo of master bath not being up to date so I had to call the manager about that but she arranged a fast fix. Also, I did have to buy some fire kindling and a new stick lighter. Reviewer Comments: My family and I just returned from the most amazing summer vacation! We spent the month of July staying in this beautiful townhome and couldn’t recommend it more. This was truly our home away from home and it was perfect for our family of 5\. We also had some guests visit throughout the month and had plenty of room for them. The location was within walking distance of the village, hiking/biking trails and the beaver creek tennis center. The pool and hot tubs were right outside our back door which the kids used almost daily! The townhouse itself was very updated and comfortable and the weekly housecleaning was an added bonus that was very appreciated. The concierge service that comes with the rental is amazing as well! I was able to call/text with any questions and always received a quick response. The only thing I would recommend is updating the furniture on the back patio with something a bit more comfortable. Being there in the summer, we wanted to spend as much time outside as possible and the back patio furniture was sparse and not very comfortable. We truly had the best family vacation filled with so many great memories and we hope to return to this townhome again! Thank you so much! ##### Melissa H.
