We had 7 uncles and nephews together for a ski weekend, so sleeping arrangements were important. Having 4 bedrooms plus the bunk room worked out perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked to make meals and the YouTube TV and Netflix setup on the TV's gave plenty of options during lounge time. The bathrooms are needing updating, but functional for a guys trip.
