Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. Great park across the street and several walking paths. Take advantage of the free transportation to Edward's,Beaver creek and Vail as parking is limited and expensive. The neighbors are all very nice and welcoming. While I don't think the upstairs noise is intentional per se, it was SIGNIFICANT and extended into the wee hours - exactly as a previous reviewer noted - the experience of being woken up 10 out of 12 nights well after 1am felt egregious; and sometimes during the day the place literally shook with whatever they were doing up there - it sounded like they were building, dragging and dropping heavy furniture. I don't want to think that they were doing it on purpose, sometimes it seemed like it honestly because it was incredibly booming and consistent, perhaps there's just zero insulation between floors. ##### Lisa L.
