Immaculate 2bed/2bath Located in the heart of Avon, this fabulous newly-constructed two bedroom mountain getaway has all of the amenities of home... plus great views of Beaver Creek Mountain! Pamper yourself with the convenience of some of the best restaurants and shopping in the Vail Valley. New furnishings, designer decor, new carpet, gas fireplace, balcony and patio furniture. Wireless internet service. Cable TV in every room, there is a DVD in the family room and each bedroom. The couch doubles as a sleeper sofa and a washer and dryer is located in the Condo. The master bedroom features a KING bed and private bathroom with jetted tub and double sink... plus a private entrance to the balcony. TWO QUEEN beds are provided in the spacious guest bedroom - perfect for a family - with a private entrance to the adjoining bathroom. Plenty of towels are provided along with bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and full-size blowdryers in each bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, crock pot, blender, toaster and all the gadgets and serving pieces you can imagine). A full-size front load washer and dryer are located in the condo with laundry detergent, dryer sheets and stain remover. An underground, heated garage provides parking, locking ski storage for the unit, and bike storage. The only issue was the first night, it was extremely hot in the building, as well as in our condo. There was an AC, but it was more like a hotel AC unit and only cooled the living room. Being from TX, one of the prerequesites was it must have AC. Other than that, it was a good stay and we enjoyed it. Thanks again, Lorna! We appreciate you so much! ##### Molly B.
