This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condominium is 2,664 square feet featuring mountain chic décor. Located on the 5th floor, this accessible unit overlooks Beaver Creek Village. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a large bathroom, flat screen television, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom two has one king bed with a full bath and a flat screen television. Bedroom three has one queen bed with a full bath and flat screen television. This condo also features a living room with seating for up to 8 adults, an outdoor patio with seating for 4 overlooking the Village and mountain, a full kitchen with seating for 6 adults, a wet bar with wine refrigerator, and a dining room which can seat 8 adults. Directly off the dining room is a den with pullout sofa-bed, flat screen television, and closet which can serve as an alternate bedroom. Located off the entryway is a half bath with vanity and mirror to accommodate overnight guests that are staying in the den. However, we had issues with the hot/cold water. At first, there was as no hot water, but after running water through for a while, there was hot water but not cold water.
