Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Arrived at the location to find it had been double booked. We were stuck in OBX on a holiday weekend with 7 kids and nowhere to stay. We attempted to contact the host for resolution with no response. Our money was refunded and we had to drive an hour north and reserve a house that wasn’t expecting guests (no sheets or towels) to avoid sleeping in the car. Very disappointed all the way around.
Stayed 3 nights in Sep 2026
