This charming townhome in the exclusive Ridgepoint Community is the perfect backdrop for creating lasting memories. With ski-in/ski-out access in winter and easy access to hiking and biking trails in the summer, adventure is right at your doorstep. All 3 bedrooms are located on the entry level, ensuring everyone has privacy and comfort.   
  
The spacious main level is ideal for entertaining. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace on two oversized couches while enjoying a movie on the large TV. The dining table seats six, with additional seating around the kitchen island for casual meals or snacks. Step out onto your private deck, where you can take in the stunning views of Beaver Creek Mountain.   
  
Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV and and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo  
Second Bedroom: Double bed and a twin bed, along with a TV  
Third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and its own private deck.
