misleading and appalling service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: my electronic key did work when i returned home at 1130 - it was hours before i was able to contact me to give - assistance when I shared this experience with the front desk, they could not have cared less - pictures over inflate the comfort of the apartment.
