Your comfortable two-bedroom lockoff villa at Sheraton Mountain Vista is a spacious, beautifully appointed vacation home combining a one-bedroom premium villa and a one-bedroom villa. You have the option of entertaining a villa full of guests or reserving one side of your villa at a time so you can enjoy two quality vacations.

PLEASE READ: Important Guest Information Below

Resort Alert: The resort will be undergoing an elevator enhancement project from Apr. 10 to Oct. 31, 2026. During this time, guests may experience elevator delays. Additionally, please anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Guest Requirement
• The guest checking in must be 21+ years old and present a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit due at check-in (amount may vary, please contact the resort directly for more information). This is issued by the resort.

Important Check-In Guest Information
• To check in at the resort, Rentshare must provide the resort with one primary check-in guest for the reservation. Only one guest can be added to the reservation.

• By default, we add the VRBO guest who made the reservation, since VRBO has already verified their identity. If another guest will be the person checking in, please notify us before the reservation is accepted so we can submit the correct name to the resort.

• The resort will verify the primary guest’s identity and age at check-in with a valid government-issued ID.

Changing the Primary Check-In Guest
• If the primary check-in guest needs to be changed after the reservation is made, we need at least 48 hours’ notice before check-in to submit a change request to the resort. All changes are subject to resort approval.

• Rentshare cannot change the primary check-in guest on the day of check-in. The resort only allows the guest listed on the reservation to check in, and same-day changes are not permitted.

• Rentshare is not responsible for check-in issues caused by incorrect guest information, missing information, or failure to notify us in advance that a different guest will be checking in.

Timeshare Ownership Disclosure
• The Guest is booking lodging with included amenities at a timeshare resort.

• The accommodation is owned by an individual timeshare Owner, and your stay is facilitated and arranged by Rentshare on the Owner’s behalf.

• Rentshare is not affiliated with the resort.

What your VRBO Reservation Covers
• Your VRBO reservation covers lodging only and the resort amenities listed in this VRBO listing.

• Any additional mandatory fees charged by the resort (for example: parking fees, resort fees, local taxes) are not charged through VRBO and must be paid directly to the resort at check-in or check-out.

• These fees are set by the resort, are required, and may change at any time without the Host’s knowledge or control.

Additional Resort Fees
• PAID PARKING: Guest is responsible for the on-site parking fee $35/daily per vehicle. Host (Rentshare) and VRBO are not responsible for the parking fee as it is issued by the resort at check-in. Parking fee is subject to change by the resort. This is a separate fee that is not included in the VRBO reservation and cannot be pre-charged by the host (Rentshare) or VRBO.

Responsibility for Any Additional Resort Fees
• The Host is not responsible for any additional fees or charges issued by the resort.

• The Guest is fully responsible for all amounts charged by the resort, including but not limited to required resort fees, parking, local taxes, incidental deposits, services used, and purchases made on-site.

• The Guest will not be reimbursed or compensated by the Host for any fees, deposits, or charges assessed by the resort.

• Your VRBO booking is strictly for lodging with included amenities as described in this listing.

• Due to VRBO policies, the Host cannot provide a direct phone number in messages, but the resort’s contact details are typically available via a web search or on your reservation confirmation from the resort (if provided).

Additional Information
• There is limited cash available at this resort. Credit cards are an acceptable form of payment.

• You may be asked to watch a timeshare presentation, however you are under NO obligation to do so and we recommend politely declining. Presentations can last for hours and we (Rentshare) want you to have a relaxing stay!

• Reserved units are assigned upon check-in.

• Photos are not of the specific villa you are renting and your suite may vary slightly from the photos.

• You have access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including on your arrival and departure day.

• We will always place you in the best villa available, however we cannot guarantee a specific location in the resort.

• Your villa may be a mobility accessible unit.

• Information in this listing is provided by the resort and not independently verified.

• Guests are required to accept additional terms and conditions in accordance with the resort's policies, including any applicable taxes and fees paid to the resort.

• No refunds or credits will be granted outside of the listing's cancellation policy.

• ANIMAL POLICY: Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at the resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a Room Recovery Fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a Room Recovery Fee in the amount of $500 per pet, and you will be asked to take your pet to a local third-party boarding facility.
