Ascent 108 - 2 Bedroom Residence
- This two-bedroom, two-bath home is the perfect spot for two couples on a getaway to the Vail/Beaver Creek Resort area. Elegant décor fills the residence, making you think twice before leaving the comfort of living room for the slopes. Private ski shuttle to Vail and Beaver Creek by day and a five minute stroll to the bars, shops, and restaurants of Avon by night. Due to rules established by the Ascent Home Owner's Association, this residence has a maximum occupancy of 4 people, with the exception of infants under the age of one, regardless of bedding configurations. No pets allowed.
Pool & Spa Renovation
We’re excited to enhance your experience at The Ascent. Beginning September 22, our pool and spa area will undergo a renovation, with the project scheduled to be completed on or before Thanksgiving.
We appreciate your understanding while we make these improvements and look forward to welcoming you to the refreshed space.
