On entry there is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room with filtered views to the beach. Also located on this level is the huge main bedroom featuring plantation shutters with king size bed and ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and bedroom three has a set of double bunks.
Downstairs has another 2 bedrooms, one at each end of the house. Bedroom 4 has two singles and bedroom 5 has a queen size bed. There is also a kitchenette, lounge room, TV and a sitting room for having that quiet time.
Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indie Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
