My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here for 10 days. Avoca Beach is a fantastic beach and is only a short walk from the property. This made my morning beach walks very easy. Very close to Heazlett park with Sandy beach on one side and lake on the other . We would have stayed longer there except the wind was cold. It is clean, well presented with comfortable beds. There is a lovely cafe just on the corner meters from the house. The only slight issue we had was that we couldn't use both showers at once because there wasn't enough water pressure and the kitchen lacked a few essentials such as scissors and chopping knives. This house is exactly as the pictures show, with all the furniture brand new! We were there for Christmas and the kitchen was more than large enough to prepare and enjoy all the meals with all the trimmings. We had 6 adults and 2 babies and all of us were accommodated perfectly. The babies loved the lagoon which was walking distance away and the outdoor shower was perfect for washing off the sand on return to the house. The bedrooms are a bit warm without air conditioning but definitely manageable.
