"Very disappointing. Arrived around 6pm and could not get any spa services due to them closing at 8pm. The pool and the gym also close at 8pm. The air-conditioning did not cool the room. Dogs barked all night loudly. Worst night of sleep after a very long day. There is a light switch for the toilet. ..."
