Welcome to The Palm House, a historic studio retreat just one block from the sand. This charming upper-level cottage features partial ocean views from your private balcony and a spacious King Bed. Inside, enjoy a bright living area, fast WiFi, AC, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Pet-friendly and full of character, it is the perfect base for couples (and dogs!) to explore Avila. Part of the Solmaré Collection, it includes designated parking.

Tucked in the heart of Avila Beach, The Palm House preserves the soul of a traditional fisherman’s cottage. It is quirky, charming, and flooded with natural light. While it retains its vintage roots, we have updated the comforts that matter most. It offers a breezy, unpretentious place to unwind just steps from the ocean.
