Unwind in the serene indoor and outdoor spaces, embracing the true essence of the Avila lifestyle. Ideally located in the downtown district of Avila Beach, only one block from the sand and perfectly suited to enjoy the days and nights in Avila. The bungalow has a kitchenette equipped with Keurig, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. Bungalow 4 has a private fire-pit area with seating for two guests, and an outside bistro table for dining. Need more room, call Las Casitas Avila (Avila Beach) to add additional bungalows for friends and family. There is 1 assigned parking space. There is an EV charger. Guest are welcome to enjoy the fire pits located in the common courtyard. Two beach cruisers and beach gear is available for guest use. The bungalow does have air conditioning. No pets are not permitted. No smoking within 20\` of the building. House Rules Welcome to your home away from home! Just so we are all on the same page, we ask you read the house rules before finalizing your booking. We want to make sure everything runs as smoothly as the waves on the beach! 1\. Who\`s Joining the Party? The \`Rental Party\` includes you, the \`Renter,\` and all the fabulous folks you\`re bringing along. Max overnight occupancy is disclosed in the listing. Now, here\`s the deal: If we catch you breaking the headcount rules, it\`s like a game of hide and seek – we\`ll find you, but we\`d rather not! And if we do, it means you\`ve breached our rental agreement. Sadly, that would lead to an unexpected eviction party (not the fun kind), and we won\`t be able to refund any unused nights. Clean with lots of natural light. The biggest draw is being a block away from the beach, it was so lovely to be so close, and they even have beach chairs. Parking took us a minute to find, only because the driveway is around the corner from the street the unit is actually on, but once we figured it out it was super simple.
