Meticulously renovated, it blends old-world charm with today\`s creature comforts. From cozy indoor nooks to sun-kissed outdoor spots, staying at our Avila Bungalow is your ticket to savoring the easy, breezy Avila lifestyle. Nestled in the heart of Avila Beach, just a sandy skip away from the shore, this charming bungalow is your ticket to endless Avila days and enchanting nights. Inside, you\`ll find a nifty kitchenette equipped with a Keurig, microwave, toaster, and fridge. Got a bigger crew? Call up Las Casitas Avila (in Avila Beach) to add more bungalows for your pals and kin. One parking space is all yours, and there\`s even an EV charger for the eco-conscious. Gather \`round the fire pits in the communal courtyard, and cruise the coast with the two beach cruisers and gear at your disposal. Our bungalow does have AC for a comfy stay. Big snafu: the pullout was missing linens and a warm blanket. After an hour of multiple attempts and failures to reach the property manager for proper bedding, we finally went to Target and purchased our own. I understand that s\*\*\* happens, which is understandable, however the follow-up support was poor to non-existent. They never made an attempt or gesture to make up for the snafu, only a text apology. Good presentation but big miss on the landing. ##### Troy C.
