Big snafu: the pullout was missing linens and a warm blanket. After an hour of multiple attempts and failures to reach the property manager for proper bedding, we finally went to Target and purchased our own. I understand that s\*\*\* happens, which is understandable, however the follow-up support was poor to non-existent.
