"The hotel is a credit to the owner in every respect. My wife and I were on holiday to sample various areas of Germany. All staff were most welcoming and helpful. We only had one evening meal there but it was outstanding, and we have eaten in many fine restaurants around the world. It was the first stop on our holiday and it could not have been better. "We have stayed at the hotel at least 6 times in recent years and this time we felt a radical change in the breakfast. The breakfast has become poor and many things that used to be there are missing. The Asian corner, smoked and pickled salmon, vegetables like radishes, a selection of cakes, all of these are no more and it is a shame and the price they ask for the meal is very high compared to what you get"
