Entièrement rénové en 2022, il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour accueillir confortablement 4 personnes. Le logement Appartement en plein centre d’Avignon au 3 ème étages (avec ascenseur) Terrasse (coté chambre) pour déjeuner paisiblement ou lire dans le calme. L'appartement dispose de la climatisation (salon et chambre) \--- Coté jour --- Salon spacieux avec un canapé-lit (2 personnes), télévision et une table à manger pour 4 personnes. Comfortable bed. Nice little balcony.The only thing I would say and not the fault of the host was that it’s hard to get a taxi if you need one and you don’t speak French. We used train to visit Nîmes and Arles for day tours. Frank's place was very well appointed, comfortable bed, tasteful decor, very quiet, bathtub and shower, separate toilet. Small balcony, nice spot for snacks and wine at the end of day. Newly renovated so great elevator, lots of electrical outlets, wifi was good. We mostly ate out, so kitchen was for breakfast and coffee.Note: In October, when we were there, most stores and restaurants were closed on Sunday. Beware. Franck was a terrific host and greeted us upon our arrival and when we had an issue with the AC pop up, he came right over and addressed it. The unit is nicely done and includes all the amenities you need as well as recommendations from Franck himself on good places to eat and go.
