Apartment in the center of Avignon, within the city walls. Outer courtyard. Free private parking.

  • For rent, for a minimum of 3 nights and 1 week in July / August, an independent apartment on the ground floor of my detached house.
    There are 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 140cm couple bed and 1 with 3 single beds of 80 cm; 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet. 1 dining room with kitchen. 1 outdoor courtyard. All amenities including TV, Wifi, air conditioning.
    It is in the centre of Avignon, 5 minutes walk from the Place de l'Horloge and the Popes' Palace, in a quiet and quiet street of the Joseph Vernet district, along the ramparts.
    Free private parking adjacent to the house.

Wonderful Location for Exploring Avignon

We stayed for a week, and very quickly felt at home. The apartment is charming and spacious, and the parking is a HUGE plus. We loved the location, next to the historic wall, and easy walking distance to the Pope's Palace with all its surrounding restaurants and shopping. Eating at home was a great experience too, -- modern kitchen and appliances, including a dishwasher! There was a private, enclosed outside patio! Comfortable beds and beautiful fresh linens. Marie Christine and Jean Pierre were lovely landlords, very friendly and available. We would highly recommend this great apartment.

Perfect location in Avignon

The flat was perfectly situated to explore the lovely city centre. Jean-Luc was very responsive and accommodated our requests. He even made his personal garage available for two nights when we ended up renting a car. There was a crib and high chair for our infant. Bedrooms were large and air conditioned and had blackout blinds. There was a slightly musty smell in the kitchen. Bathroom was very large and had great shower. Flat was in a very unique and comfortable French home. Access to a cute patio/courtyard. Location could not be beat.

Vacanza bellissima, appartamento grande con doccia super, ubicato vicino al centro e con parcheggio privato. Unica pecca il letto matrimoniale molto basso. Proprietari disponibili e cortesi. Lo consiglio.

Perfect for Avignon and beyond

The home is cozy and perfect for our family of 4. We came during a heat wave and the place is very comfortable with AC units in the bedrooms. It is conveniently located amd near the restaurants, attractions and for exploring beyond Avignon. We loved the art work of the hosts as well!

Appartement au rdc, donc assez frais en période de canicule, dans une rue calme mais proche de l'animation d'Avignon intra-muros. Bien organisé et bien meublé

Bonnes vacances à Avignon

Cette année on a passé nos vacances à Avignon dans l’appartement de nos hôtes Marie-Christine et Jean-Luc Mouly qui étaient très gentils et nous avons très bien reçu. L’appartement est assez grand pour 5 personnes (2 chambres avec 5 lits, une salle à manger, une cuisine, une salle de bain avec une grande douche, une toilette séparé et finalement un patio pour s’asseoir le soir), est très propre et bien décoré. C’est très bien situé, une boulangerie est juste à côté et en est dans le centre d’Avignon en 5 minutes. Simplement parfait !!! On va revenir. Merci beaucoup Marie-Christine et Jean-Luc
