Happy to return
Location was good, property was great, big back garden looking onto a golf course. Easy scenic walk into Aviemore, using the walkway. Would definitely return in the future.

Lovely little house
We had a great time staying here. The house was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a few days with our family with 4 young. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Some items may need attending to. Heat/smoke alarms needs upgrading. Sofa cushions too. Bin collection arrangements not clear. Otherwise a good holiday house. .

Clean but had utility problems
The house is on the outskirts of Aviemore - very quiet, very clean and comfy beds. Very fast broadband and lots of hot water However Heating was inadequate and we had some miserably cold evenings. One night was so cold I struggled to sleep. The cooker was very slow and never got that hot - 45minutes to cook a handful of small potatoes. We could not get the TV to work. I rang the owner who was very responsive and said he would ask a neighbour to drop in to sort it or would ring back. No one came and the owner did not ring back. The flush in the cloakroom was a bit dodgy so to avoid problems we stuck to just using the main bathroom.

Plenty of space
Good sized house for two seniors, two adults and two young children, aged 2 and 5. Beds comfortable, living room sofas less so. Excellent position in Aviemore for walks, town centre and the many local attractions.
