"It didn’t feel as clean or polished as I expected for a five-star hotel, which was a bit disappointing. I was also unhappy that the sauna required an additional fee, and that the room wasn’t ready on time. Although they apologized for the delay, I appreciated that they helped upgrade me to a room with a Han River view, and overall I was satisfied with that part even though check-in was a little late. The lounge also had less food than I expected, and they didn’t really have the snacks I like. I could see myself visiting again, but considering the price, I’m not sure if I would choose to stay there again."

"The Staff were great, the Hotel is beautiful, access to all of the shopping was nice and of course Lotteworld was a fun experience."

"Hotel is located outside Seoul city, hence less bustling. Outlet stores within walking distance. Airport bus stops in front of the hotel for pickup and drop off. Breakfast buffet is worth but buy the discounted tickets at the check in counter."
